Zhejiang Zhouyi Aluminum Co., Ltd is one 15 years + top manufacturer of aluminum composite panels in Zhejiang China, which produce PE & PVDF, Self-cleaning NANO, Wooden, Marble, Brushed, Mirror, Fireproof aluminum composite panels and etc.
1.) We have our own laboratory, we develop coating materials ourselves, and have our own coating production lines. Many factories in China only have production lines. We supply color-coated aluminum coils to Chinese aluminum composite panel factories. They buy color-coated aluminum coils directly from us and then directly produce panels on the machines.Therefore, their prices in the market will be much higher.
2.) We are an industry supported by the Zhejiang province government, and our electricity bills are cheaper than the entire market.
3.) We are the only 5G digital factory in the whole city selected in 2024. From energy management to pollution control, from cost reduction to quality control, 5G technology is deeply integrated into every aspect of aluminum-plastic panel production.
4.) We have a branch in Dubai, and part of the color-coated coils we produce have to be shipped to Dubai for producing aluminum composite panels, which export to Africa and Middle East, because of the large production volume in our factories, so the average material cost is lower.
Our entire process from raw materials to production of aluminum composite panels, the whole process is all completed by our own company, and the entire cost is much lower than the market, so the final panel price is also much lower than the market.
The panel thickness is from 2mm to 6mm, the aluminum skin thickness is from 0.06mm to 0.5mm.
The width can be 1000mm, 1220mm, 1250mm, 1500mm, 1575mm, 2000mm, any length can be OK.
